Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Origin Provider account and its data. Email support@origintherapy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
What we delete. Your login, profile, contact details, notification settings, and any calendar connection.
What we keep. Certain clinical documentation and patient records may need to be retained to comply with applicable medical-record requirements. We keep those records for as long as applicable federal and state laws require. Payment and payout records are kept for as long as applicable tax and accounting requirements require.
