Can I keep my current job?
Yes. Most clinicians start alongside their existing role and build a caseload on the side. No minimums and no exclusivity, you decide how much you take on.
Do I need to bring my own patients?
No. Origin matches families in your area and specialty directly to you. You don't market, advertise, or cold-outreach, the caseload comes to you.
Do I have to see every family?
No. Every match is yours to accept or decline. You set preferences for ages, specialties, schedule, and location, and you decide on each family we send.
How does pay work?
You're paid per session. For private-pay families you set your own rates, and insurance rates are visible up front before you accept a match.
How fast until I’m seeing families?
Matching typically happens within about two weeks. Insurance credentialing runs one to three months, and we manage the whole process for you.
What about late cancellations?
A $50 late-cancellation and no-show fee is standard, and you can customize it for your own practice.
Is this a job with Origin?
No. You work for yourself. Origin is the infrastructure underneath: we send you families and run the operations, and you decide how much or how little you take on.
Where does Origin operate?
Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Illinois today, with more states on the way.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. There are no fees to get started and no minimums to maintain.
